Can't load any of my Xbox One games tonight - get error saying 'Can't load your latest save game' and gives me an option to play offline. Xbox Live status doesn't list any issues... anyone else having problems? Hard reset doesn't fix it, but store works fine and even BC 360 titles will download cloud saves...
Is it safe to play a game offline? Don't want to lose my Fallout game save if it syncs wrong when it does come back up?
This has been happening since early this afternoon. When it first occurred, it took my network out (had to reboot router). I had a Fallout save that occurred just before it went down so I ran with that. When I've had a problem like this previously, the Xbox one said that my cloud and local saves wer out of synch and which one did I want to use (happened with borderlands). It was ok before but no guarantees.
Still not working... tried everything my end to no avail.
Out of desperation I went on the Xbox Preview forum and it is awash with complaints of this very problem today... seems MS have rolled out a new update that has f*cked up people profiles... I've logged it as a fault on my console... really hope its fixed tomorrow, was really looking forward to playing Fallout tonight
@Stylon - I had the same issue. I assumed it was my end, so I deleted all LOCALLY saved games (option in the settings) and restarted the console. When I loaded a game, it sync'd the save from the cloud and all was good again. Maybe just luck I guess, if it is an MS fault.

Thanks cap... I'm loathe to try much as several people have ended up not even being able to log in to their profile on their xboxes , not to mention I'm terrified of losing any of my game saves in case they won't sync back from the cloud... My friend list isn't even updating any more...
No official comment by MS but a few users reckon they've found a temporary fix by doing this: "Go to network settings and go offline. Then go to left snap bar menu and restart the console. Then go to network settings again and go online."
Sounds a little less drastic but won't be able to try it until tonight.
Yeah it's daunting when you are asked to delete stuff. First time I had a profile issue and MS told me to DELETE my profile, I nearly shat myself! It all came back from the cloud, so all good. I'm not suggesting you try this as the current problem sounds more widespread. I'd not want to be responsible for you losing progress on your games.

You are the man Stylon, it had got to half ten last night and the Xbox wouldn't let me unlock any achievements...I came on here to bitch about it and your comment appeared, on a white charger, and saved the day. I was so relieved, so thanks again!
No Problem... not sure it's a permanent fix though. I had to do it twice last night so there must be some underlying problem that MS need to sort out... but so long as there's a simple workaround I can live with that.
I'm aiming for 100K before the end of the year, I'm now sat on 99620. Must try and do it this week! I have Minecraft story mode for an easy 160, plus episode 6 of Game of Thrones...Just need to stay out of the wasteland!

Yeah, but can you? I'm stuck between there and ESO. My worst nightmare would be for Cyrodil to be struck by a nuke from outer space, turning it into a wasteland. I'd never leave.
