Topic: Trouble Purchasing Clothes for my Avatar

Hey, everyone!

So, I recently bought a £10 Xbox card that I put on my Xbox account. I want to buy some clothes for my avatar, but since there is no marketplace to buy them on Xbox One I have to go to the Microsoft website. When I go there and try to purchase any clothes it asks me to put in my credit card details so I can buy them. Is it possible for me to buy them with the £10 Xbox card I got earlier?

@Zerodactyl: Heyo there. I had the same issue trying to get the 360 games with gold. It asks for a card even if you have credit, and as far as I can tell, there is no way around it. It's very weird, as you can buy things on the One with just Xbox credit but no card saved on the Xbox. Word of advice, if you do put in a card, make sure it isn't set to automatically renew Xbox Live!

@A_BabyRed_Yoshi That kinda sucks, but I'm hoping there will be an update or something later. It also happened to me with getting Thief for free with gold; it just asked me to put in my credit card details (however I was able to install it when I put in my £10 Xbox card). It's all extremely weird because when I go on the Microsoft store online, my account shows up as having £10 and I can buy mostly everything apart from the avatar clothes.
