Topic: Xbox series controller problem

Today I got a new controller from the xbox series x, the right stick works smoothly, but the left stick feels a little hard, is it temporary or what?

I didn't know Xbox Series X gave out controllers.

I've had numerous Xbox controllers over the years, as far as I can tell the analogue sticks have always been smooth and consistent.
As @Beagle suggests, use it for a couple of weeks and see if it get better. If not a take it back to your retailer or create a warranty order at account.microsoft.com
