Has anybody here have experience with purchasing digital games from another region’s Xbox store?
I live in europe and I wanted to buy some of the BC games that are only available on the US store, so today I did so. I purchased some US digital gift cards and changed my console location to United States. Then I bought the following titles:

Ridge Racer 6
Silent Hill Homecoming
King of Fighters NeoWave
Dead to Rights
Bullet Soul
Bullet Soul: Infinite Burst

The transactions went very smooth, but the problem is; none of the games shows up in my ”All owned games” library. I can only install them remotely via the store page on a browser.
I have tried to hard reset the console, but that didn’t help.

Has anybody else here bought digital games from other regions, and if so; do they show up among your owned games?

@JoakimZ I've had someone try and gift me a Gabe from another region and that didn't work. Not sure if it's related to tax or what but you have to change to the region you are gifting in to buy the gift game. I don't think they allow the cross region buts so you might be SOL.

I'd contact MS customer support to get it sorted out or get a refund.

This may be a good place to ask... if I buy a digital code for a game in the USA, will it work for a console set to another region?

@Krzzystuff Thanks for the reply. I’m not really interested in a refund, because I can still install and play the games with no problem, and that’s the important part.

@BrazillianCara I haven’t tried, but it should work if you set your console location to United States when you redeem the code.
