Topic: Controller Update

I have an elite 2 pro controller. This is my 4th one. I am 70 years old and a big gamer. I put many hours on my controller. The don't last and I take care of them. They are in my game room. 8 speakers one powered subwoofer. I also have very nice headset to use when Mom is home. All my gaming toys are treated very good. Still they don't last.
I was trying out all the new pro controllers out that I ordered from Amazon. They were nothing like the reviews. After trying $1800.00 in controllers from third party that were Pro controllers I wound up ordering another Elite 2 controller. I know no hall effect Thumb sticks . This got me thinking can I get hall effect thumb sticks installed in my Elite 2 controller? All the controllers I tested were nice and had some things I liked but bib not feel like my Elite 2 controller. The thing that pissed me off was Razor controllers the first two had problems. The third one was OK but I did not trust it. Turtle Beach wow! Nothing but problems. Nacon controller with hall effect had stick drift in the right thumb stick. Razer button hang up. Wow three weeks of Amazon returns to Staples and the Ups store. Nothing made me want to keep any so I just ordered my old trustry Elite controller.
