Hello! First time poster and new Xbox series S owner here. Wondering if anyone here can help with an issue I'm having.

I picked up the new Starfield controller, which is super cool, but unfortunately when using it wirelessly with an official Xbox battery pack the controller keeps turning off about every 10-5 mins or so.

I've done the controller updates through the console, but it doesn't seem to help. My controller that came with the system doesn't have this problem as far as I can tell.

Should I just exchange the Starfield controller, or is there some kind of fix? Anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried using regular batteries in it? The battery pack you have could be faulty.

@Tasuki I haven't, but the battery pack doesn't
seem to cause issues in my other controller.
