Topic: Can't sign in

I'm having trouble here, any help much appreciated.

When I open a game, I've tried this with 3 different games now, the game will open and I can play. But.. when it would normally pop up and sign in/sync cloud storage I get a message that says " can't sign in. A problem occurred while signing in. Please try again"

I checked my connection and the Xbox says it's connected to the internet. What do I do? I assume this will stop my games from saving progress

I reset the console, and signed back in. It appears to have kept all the games. But.. all the 360 games are saying unable to sign in still

And it lost all saved process on all the 360 games

I contacted support, they say it's an ongoing issue

The issue is ongoing. I downloaded the report a problem app on the console and have filed several reports

Wow bro did you handle it? Personally, I don't even remember the last time I saw the x360. I'm wondering if you've found a solution?
