Well since Borderlands 4 is upon us its only appropriate that we have a thread for it. Feel free to discuss vault hunter builds, post your latest greatest loot drop or just organize a party to go vault hunting. As always beware of spoilers.
As for me, I havent got my copy yet, waiting on Amazon to deliver it. I am going to be playing Vex. I have always enjoyed sirens and always played the siren class in every other BL game, plus this dark take on the siren has me interested. Not quite sure which tree I will go with her will dive more into that later.

Been playing Borderlands 4 for a bit now I got Vex up to level 11 tonight. At first I didnt know what to think about the game being open world but I say after playing them for awhile this is the direction the series needed. It just feels fresh its so fun just to be able to explore the world. In a weird sort of way it kind feels like Fallout to me I am not being railroaded like in Borderlands 3. In fact I have just been doing side quests, which I found out earns you SDU credits which you can use to upgrade your backpack space which is very handy, and havent done any of the main quest. With the open world style I do find it easier to be able and pick up and play this game in short bursts if I dont have a whole lot of time.
Character wise I am enjoying Vex alot her playstyle is alot different then all the other sirens in previous games especially the build I am going for that being her Eldritch Blast build. It is alot of fun to play and pretty tanky too for a Siren.
Overall I am quite pleased with this addition to the series and what the series needed to keep it fresh.
