Over the last couple of days, my phone and tablet, which are usually fine for collecting rewards, have not been registering searches. The daily quizzes and things haven't been registering. On my xbox the daily 50 for getting an achievement hasn't registered (though that is not all that unusual) and the rewards page on my phone has been really slow to load.
I've reset the phones cache and removed cookies but it hasn't helped. I'm using a different phone browser to my tablet but that hasn't helped.
I've been having the exact same issue for days it seems like it is a widespread issue as there are multiple recent topics after doing a quick search on very different sites some times it takes several attempts or hours to register things being completed. Although there doesn't seem to be much acknowledgment about it just yet from Microsoft.
@dAvecaster I noticed it over the weekend and it took several hours after I earned an achievement in a game after I was able to claim the 50 points. I checked one post on Microsoft's support forum and they just gave a generic answer about clearing cookies and browser caches. It was the 70 odd replies of people saying they all had similar problems that made me realise they aren't really aware of how bad the issue is.
I've been having issues as well. Submitted a complaint to Microsoft.
I hear the program has these issues sporadically.
I actually haven't had issues getting the one-click links to register, but the quizzes and web search points are a nightmare. I spent hours yesterday trying to get that quiz about beaches to register.
