Welcome to another weekend! It's been a busy one for us this week covering all of the Tokyo Game Show shenanigans, so we're definitely ready to relax and play some Xbox over the next few days.
Here's what we're playing this weekend:

As you saw in my recent Silent Hill F review, I've already been playing Konami's latest horror effort quite a bit, but I'm not done just yet. I'm either going to carry on my Xbox playthrough or start a New Game+ on PS5 - I shall see where the weekend takes me.
Aside from that, Gears of War: Reloaded is still in my regular rotation, and all of this Forza Horizon 6 talk has me clamouring for some open world racing this weekend. An older Horizon title, The Crew Motorfest or Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will probably be my pick - options, options, options.

Whenever I've had some chill time this week, I've just been playing EA Sports FC 26 and NHL 26. Yeah, I know that's dull, but I'm enjoying them for different reasons - FC 26 for the new "authentic" career mode and NHL 26 for Ultimate Team. Neither game reinvents the wheel this year, but they're both decent entries in their respective franchises.
After mentioning Discounty last week, I've been told I have to try Moonlighter very soon - and considering it's part of Xbox Game Pass, that's in the plans for me this weekend. I'll probably have a few rounds of Balatro as well - it's one of the best titles I've ever discovered through Game Pass, and I'm going to have buy it permanently at some point.
