Poll: So, Are You Playing The Outer Worlds 2 In Early Access?

I'll never pay to play a game early. As far as I'm concerned, this breaks the promise of first party games being on Gamepass on day 1.

Absolutely I am! Loving is so far. I'm playing on Very Hard and guess what...? It's very hard! 😂

I'm not very far into it as yet, but what I have played I am very much enjoying...

8 hours into it and it's everything I was realistically hoping for. Would probably be my game of the year, were it not for the Almighty DOOM coming out this year.

I didn't care enough about the first one to play it that long so I probably wont play this one.

They will have to wait until it hits the premium tier to add me to the player count or download count or whatever number they are pushing these days.

Was tempted with early access but very busy this weekend so will wait for GPU next week.

I am not playing in Early access and can't say I have 'no' interest at all or that I'll bother to play after launch. I have a little interest in checking it out BUT I also have a massive Backlog of games - some that interest me more than OW2 so more likely to get played first (if I get round to them) and new games releasing adding to my Backlog or occupying my limited gaming time too much to play OW2. Chances are, it will remain as one of those games I may get round to trying, but never find the time/oppoortunity or reason to jump in over the many other gaming choices I have.

It’s great so far. Better than the first and I loved that game. Improvements all around. Obsidian are a great developer.

Decided to bite knowing I’d want the expansions down the line. It’s fantastic so far. Combat, especially, feels so much better than the first game.

Waiting for all the patches and the first sale. Patient gaming to save money.

Damn, 72% wants to play the game. That's really good.

I did not play it on day negative five, but I will be playing it on day one.

Made it onto the second planet & having a fantastic time. Some of the choices I have made are making things a little tough but most problems have multiple solutions so I am still making progress.

Played the original twice through, will be there on regular launch. Allows me to keep unlocking in BallxPit

@GrapTops just put The Radical to work! He still hasn't figured out Nosferatu or Satan, but he's gotten pretty much everything else unlocked for me already.

Between work, a new kitchen, and a backlog of recently released games it would be madness for me to pay for early access to another one.

It's going in the backlog. Pacific Drive for me right now.

@themightyant its literally one planet that has that issue yes its the first planet out of the tutorial / intro quest but after that you won't see it again. Other locations are either space stations, derelict ships or biomes that grass isn't a factor such as an ice planet.

I’m thoroughly enjoying it so far! I’m a big fan of the first game and this newest entry is even better so far. And the gunplay is very good. I’m surprised by how much Obsidian has improved combat. It feels incredible to play.

I've been having a blast and the sequel has fixed many of the gripes I had with the last game. It's the Starfield game I wanted that I did not get when Starfield was released. And the perk/flaw system is absolutely fantastic, the choices you make feel meaningful and have an impact that you can feel. Highly recommend this game.
