Review Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown (Xbox) - An Open World Racer That Needed More Time To Shine
This crown needs polishing up
Disclaimer: Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown has been suffering from some major server issues since its early access launch on September 5th, and given that the game is always-online, we've deducted an extra point off the score as a result. Without these issues, we'd be looking at one point higher than what the game has...
Review Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator (Xbox) - A Rough Ride That's Still Surprisingly Fun
It's time to make some craazzyy money
It feels like the Xbox Series X and Series S generation has marked a resurgence for simulation games, with the likes of Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, PowerWash Simulator, Lawn Mowing Simulator and the incredible Microsoft Flight Simulator all proving extremely popular on the Xbox Store in recent ye
Review Robocop: Rogue City (Xbox) - A Slice Of 1980s Nostalgia That Feels Purposefully Old School
This tin man's got heart
There's just something about RoboCop. Maybe it's an age thing, maybe you just had to be there, but the ultra-violent tin cop sits alongside the likes of Knight Rider, Terminator and lots of other 1980s goodies as a property that immediately gets our excitement levels right up to the max as soon as it's mentioned. We'll sit...
Review Steelrising - Spiders Serves Up A Super Solid Soulslike
To be this good takes Aegis
Hot on the heels of the rather disappointing Thymesia, we've got yet more soulslike action inching its way methodically onto Xbox consoles in the clockwork form of Steelrising. Spiders, the developer behind the excellent Greedfall, has come up with another cracker of a game to add to its resume here too, as this is a...
Review Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong - Big Bad Wolf's Vampire RPG Lacks Real Bite
Lacking Bite
While the wait continues for Vampire: The Masquerade fans to get their hands on the ever-so-slightly troubled Bloodlines 2, Big Bad Wolf steps into the breach with Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong, a narrative-driven RPG that returns to the World of Darkness, specifically Boston this time around, where the ancient Camarilla sect is...
Review Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood - Feels Dated, But Enjoyable Nonetheless
Rage against the machine
It's hard to get away from the feeling while you're playing Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood that it would have been more suited for the original Xbox or Xbox 360 generation. That might sound like a criticism, but while the game certainly feels a little dated and overly simplistic in certain ways, it's also a experience...

Review The 'Nacon Revolution X Unlimited' Is A Fantastic-Feeling Xbox Controller, At A Cost
A genuine Elite Series 2 competitor?
These days, I struggle to deviate from using first-party controllers in some fashion, especially when I have my beloved SCUF Instinct on-hand; an Elite-style version of Microsoft's Xbox Series X|S controller.
