In the midst of all the Tokyo Game Show craziness that was happening yesterday, there was a strange addition to the PC Game Pass lineup in the form of a Prince of Persia title, although it didn't actually work when it was added.
The game in question is Ubisoft's excellent Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, and you can see some examples below of people who discovered the game on the Xbox app, but couldn't get it to load:
Since then, Prince of Persia has been removed from the "recently added" part of the Xbox Game Pass section on PC, suggesting it was just a mistake - after all, The Lost Crown hadn't been announced for the service ahead of time.
Perhaps they jumped the gun a little bit? We've seen plenty of Ubisoft titles on Xbox Game Pass in recent years, so it stands to reason that Prince of Persia could be arriving soon, and here's hoping it might even be announced as soon as next week (we're expecting a new batch of XGP titles to be revealed on Tuesday).
In the meantime, you can check out our Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown review down below, and we'll leave the video version at the top of the article as well. This would be a great addition to the service!
