We had great things to say about Still Wakes The Deep when it first arrived on Xbox Game Pass back in June of 2024, and now it's officially getting its first (and maybe only?) expansion entitled "Siren's Rest".

Still Wakes The Deep: Siren's Rest has a release date of June 18th, and it'll be available for £9.99 / $12.99. It features a story written by Helldivers 2's Sagar Beroshi, as well as a new voice cast including Lois Chimimba (Doctor Who, Shetland) Lorn Macdonald (Bridgerton, The Lazarus Project) and David Menkin (Final Fantasy XVI, Alan Wake 2).

Here's how it's described:

"Set over a decade after the events of Still Wakes the Deep, players will sink below the waves of the North Sea to explore what’s left of the Beira D. Swim through the underwater wreckage armed with a cutting torch, crowbar, and camera, and try to piece together the final moments of the oil rig’s crew. But beware - there are things lurking in the depths that even the sea cannot claim."

You can check out the trailer for Siren's Rest up above if you're interested, and we're assuming it'll be available to pre-order on the Xbox Store very shortly - you'll just need to search for it on your console or the Xbox app for PC.

If you haven't got around to playing Still Wakes The Deep yet, we highly recommend doing so! You can check out our original 8/10 review of the game elsewhere on Pure Xbox (we'll throw it in the related section down below).
