EA has provided an update on the next Battlefield game release window, reconfirming it'll arrive by March 2026.
Adding to this, fans can expect a full reveal of the game to take place at some point this summer. The company's CEO Andrew Wilson had the following to say in the latest financial report:
"As we look to the future, we’re confident in our ability to execute across a deep pipeline — beginning this summer with the highly anticipated reveal of Battlefield, a pivotal step in delivering on our next generation of blockbuster entertainment."
Earlier this year, EA announced Battlefield Labs - an early testing program - and this was followed up with a look at some brief gameplay footage. This same testing program, which has been operating since March, is also being expanded this month to more players across North America, Europe and Asia.
This new Battlefield multiplayer content is led by DICE, with Ripple Effect, Motive and Criterion helping out with other aspects of the new experience.
