We were finally treated to a release date for AEW: Fight Forever on Xbox earlier this week (it's coming on June 29th), and following the announcement, THQ Nordic and AEW Games wasted little time giving us a look at what to expect.

In the video above, you can watch 30 minutes of brand-new gameplay footage from AEW: Fight Forever that was originally streamed on Twitch (it's since been re-uploaded on YouTube). The quality isn't perfect, but it's the best we have for now.

We don't know about you, but we think the gameplay footage is shaping up really nicely so far, aside from perhaps one or two instances of collision detection issues that remind us a little bit of WWE's 2K series.

Fingers crossed this turns out to be a fantastic new wrestling game on Xbox!

We're only just over a month away from the release of AEW: Fight Forever on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S along with a bunch of other platforms, so expect plenty more gameplay and feature reveals over the next few weeks.
