Warzone 2.0 released earlier this week, less than a month on from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's extremely successful launch window. The free-to-play battle royale has seen quite a few notable issues so far though, as the servers get hammered by millions of new players.
One of those issues completely blocked users from adding friends through the game's 'Social menu' - at least without an awkward workaround anyway. Thankfully, the dev team has put out a patch for this particular Warzone 2 bug.
This is the first fix we've seen pushed out for Warzone 2.0 since the mode went live on Wednesday, November 16th. We'd expect to see more incoming though, with the team already gathering feedback via their active Trello board.
