Cannot wait for this. The voice acting of Hugo and Amecia is just outstanding. Really made the first game.
French audio and English subtitles for me! Just like in the original.
Finished Innocence last night after finding out it was about to leave. Ready for this new one next month.
I tried the first game with French audio and English subtitles, but I found the translation of the subtitles was rather terse and cold and made the characters seem like they were being abrupt with one another!
@Royalblues It's about 9 hours in length. 10 max. It's quite linear and spread across chapters.
@Enigk Good game eh?
@Royalblues You won't regret it bud. It's a stunning game.
@Royalblues It took me 5 nights at 2-3 hours a time. Xbox says 13.5 hours but that is for full 1000g. I was a bit pants with the end boss and another bit near the end which cost me a bit of time.
@Kaloudz It is good for a linear game. I prefer a bit of exploration but the story and voice acting are top notch. Nice and fresh in my brain for the sequel.
I'm playing my copy of Innocence now and really love it. ๐
The first game was so cool. Glad to see it'll have Spanish voices now though I'm not one to use them.
@Enigk Yeah it's definitely quite tight for exploration to the point that it's almost on-rails in regards to directional freedom, but such a breath of fresh air too.
When I was reviewing games, this was on my slate, and I think the only things I called it for was the final boss, and its lack of real gameplay depth - which the sequel seems to be bucking in favour of more gameplay diversity.
Can't wait. Glad ya enjoyed it before it went.
@Kaloudz I found the last boss was a bit too easy, but the second to last boss was really quite tough!
@Clankylad It was definitely too easy, and a bit samey-samey too, and I couldn't agree more, second to last boss was a good bout.
I still plan to buy my series x the day before plague tale 2 comes out and preinstall it.
I can't wait to go next gen
@gollumb82 Same here.
