Xbox Canada caused a bit of a stir on social media yesterday when the team unveiled this adorable winter toque for Xbox controllers, before shattering fans' hopes by stating that it's not actually for sale — despite the apparent demand.
The tweet racked up over 1k likes and received a wide array of comments from people who wanted to purchase the toque, or at least just get the pattern so they can make it themselves. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened as of yet.
"Not for sale? Tease... May your maple syrup jar be empty for the remainder of the year..."
"Not selling this is criminal."
"Wait, what?! I would import this toque in a heartbeat."
It probably won't ever go on sale... but hopefully the pattern might be published online at some point. Fingers crossed!
