Assassin's Creed: Valhalla's next huge expansion was originally scheduled for Xbox tomorrow, and if you've already sunk hundreds of hours into the game like us, you'll no doubt be eagerly anticipating the next adventure. The Siege of Paris technically launches standalone on August 12, but if you own the Season Pass, you can grab it now!
For anyone who planned ahead and picked up the Gold Edition or Season Pass, by going to your 'Manage Game' option on Xbox, you can grab the download and get early access to Assassin’s Creed: The Siege of Paris. For everyone else, you’re going to have to hold on a bit longer if you want to pick it up separately.
For all other territories, Assassin’s Creed: The Siege of Paris will be available to purchase on its own at midnight your local time on August 11. Depending on where you are in the world, that’s going to be a few extra hours.
Reviews for the latest expansion have been positive, with our sister site Push Square praising its return to the series' roots. If you're looking for more Assassin's Creed adventures, it sounds like The Siege of Paris is a perfect addition.

I wish the Ireland expansion was standalone as well.
@Xenomorph_79 Glad to know that you give up that easily on things. Happy to see you go. Those of us that loved the game will continue to play and will continue to support future games regardless of what they are and how they are made. I felt like this was on par with every other AC game because they are all different and go a different route on every game. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this game and any other AC game that was made. They are all equally good in their own way and I appreciate that. Good luck in all your future endeavors.
I've enjoyed and completed everything in every area so far and looking forward to carrying on the adventure
@OliverOwen I like Valhalla but I have to admit that Odyssey is superior in almost every way.
