How crazy is this?! YouTube channel The Retro Future has discovered there's actually a way of playing the Xbox Series X on the very original Nintendo DS, made possible by the existence of a random Japanese accessory.
The accessory is a Nintendo DS TV Tuner which doesn't work as intended anymore (at least in the UK) due to analogue TV signals having been turned off, but with the help of some AV cables and an HDMI adapter, you can theoretically plug pretty much anything in and it'll display on the top screen - although we don't know why you'd want to...
You can see the Xbox Series X in action on the Nintendo DS in the video above, with the team showcasing the console's boot-up screen and a game of Rocket League, albeit with a lot of squinting involved. Pretty cool discovery regardless!
What do you make of this? Ever seen one of these TV tuners? Let us know down in the comments.

@A01 That basically exists now with Nintendo Switch
@A01 LAN parties with halo set up in multiple rooms and consoles and teams, was an event, with food, drinks and other joys. Playing online with others, just doesnt have the same impact as LAN parties. It's fun, dont get me wrong, just a different experience.
I didn't know the DS had a TV turner accessory. I remember the Sega Game Gear had one which my friend had. I remember watching stuff on it like baseball games during lunch and recess at school lol.
If it was the other way around, I'd be all over it.
I had one of these for the GBA and I used it to play Tony Hawk's on GameCube on the tiny dimly lit GBA screen. I thought it was rubbish at the time so I took it back to the store. Wish I didn't now though, I could be making some sweet YouTube ad revenue lol
@A01 we did similar in secondary school. It was mainly using the pictochat to message eachother about the teachers. I remember a rude anatomy drawing contest we had on the coach going to a school trip 😂
