To the surprise of no one, this past week's UK boxed charts saw Cyberpunk 2077 claim top spot, and the game also became the second biggest retail launch of the year, only losing out to EA's FIFA 21 (thanks GamesIndustry.biz).
Elsewhere, the end of the Black Friday sales caused drops in sales for the likes of Marvel's Avengers and Watch Dogs: Legion, while the big release of the previous week in Immortals: Fenyx Rising dropped from 11th to 17th.

I bought Cyberpunk - pre-ordered it a LONG time ago. With 8m+ pre-orders, I would have been surprised if it wasn't #1...
Cyberpunk 2077 and Assassin's Creed: Valhalla are the only two titles named that I would purchase myself. I also preordered CP2077.
I have only had 1 major issue along with 2 very minor issues (playing on XB1X) prior to the hotfix, yet afterwards it's been fantastic: I absolutely love Cyberpunk 2077!!
Looking forward to the two major patches releasing in the near future, and continuing to see and do all Night City has to offer!!
@Bloodborne75 I'm glad you say cyberpunk 2077 is running on XB1X okay. I want to get it but am in no position to shell out for a XSX right now.
Wish you could get Cyberpunk on the Microsoft Store. I want to get it for the PC but I still want it tied to the Xbox ecosystem.
@Captain_Chao5 I highly recommend CP2077. I'm only 9.5 hours in but preparing to elevate those numbers. I, too, would love to see this running on the Series X, yet I always wait for the final console upgrade before I purchase one for myself. Hope you can get your Series X and join us in Night City. Game on, Cap!!
Bought Cyberpunk but probably holding off until the patches are released, even though I have the series X. Just to be sure!
Meantime also have recently purchased Fenyx Rising and Watchdogs to play.
@Bloodborne75 HAHA. Only got the X1X last christmas (Wife bought it for me). Would be tricky to explain 'another' new Xbox sat by the TV

In the last two days, I've put approximately 18 hours into Cyberpunk; even now I had to force myself to stop for the second time this early morning LOL
Game of the Year easily for me, and one of my favorite games of all time after Final Fantasy VI, Vagrant Story, and Bloodborne. You cant go wrong with CP2077 on the One X in my honest opinion
