In a recent interview, Keanu Reeves described his appearance at E3 in 2019 as one he'll "never forget".

Speaking to Gamertag Radio, Reeves was asked about his experience as part of the Xbox presentation and the "iconic" moment he stepped on stage to reveal he was in Cyberpunk 2077. Reeves described the moment as "extraordinary":

"Yeah, that was, I'll never forget that moment, that was extraordinary. You know, we did the rehearsal and they had the smoke machines and I'd come out, and I knew there was a build-up to the game and excitement for the game, and I was really kinda proud and happy to be there to represent."

Reeves continued to talk about the moment he stepped out on stage to the "amazing reception" and how "it felt like a rock concert":

"When I came out and received that so lovely, amazing, reception - holy cow! It felt like a rock concert or something like that."

"Just walking out like that and getting that kind of love was really something really special and it was moving to everyone involved."

Reeves' involvement with Cyberpunk 2077 is more than a simple cameo, as his character Johnny Silverhand is involved as an integral part of the plot. It's humbling to see the moment meant as much to him as it did to the fans.
