The potential arrival of Disney+ as part of Xbox Game Pass was teased yesterday by the official Game Pass Twitter account, and now it's been revealed as a 30-day free trial subscription for Ultimate members.
Starting today, Ultimate subscribers who are new to Disney+ will be eligible to claim the 30-day subscription trial through the Perks Gallery on their Xbox console, on the Xbox app on Windows 10 PC, or through the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android, with the trial available to claim until January 31st.
Ultimate members will be able to stream all of the great entertainment available with Disney+, including content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. From old favorites to the latest epic movies, series and Originals from the world’s best storytellers, including the new season of The Mandalorian, we’re excited to provide this trial as a Perk to our members.

It's fine. Not ready for yet another subscription service
I think we all knew that getting Disney+ free was going to be a little too good to be true. As for paying for a subscription? no thanks!
Guessing you could wait a few weeks, get the free trial, binge watch the mandalorian season 1 and 2, then cancel!
Yeah it says fot new Disney + members only in the fine prints so nothing for me. Ag well not like every perk is for everyone, I'm super excited about the EA Play personally

Not despatched yet just checked, but does say despatching tonight for release day delivery.

@Dezzy70 Target emailed me saying mine's coming Monday, but the FedEx tracking number isn't active yet so we'll see if that's accurate - hopefully not! hahaha...

My Series X is tracking and states that it will be with me by the end of tomorrow, the Series S shows less tracking info but in the details section it shows that it was scanned at Tamworth at almost the same time as the X.
Both from Microsoft, both via UPS.

Yeah, 30 day free trials for new members is standard outside of paying for another sub. I'm not sure how that's meant to be enticing.

Well I was partially right - no way would it be a full subscription without a price hike - maybe a test too see whether a Platinum tier with some 'media; app subscription thrown in...
I don't see how getting a free month of Disney+ content with no obligation to continue as being 'disappointing' - its better than not getting any additional perk(s) on top of the range of games available for a 'reasonable' monthly fee. Its more than I expected to get and with the hype around the Mandalorian, its not a bad perk either.
I don't know if I will take up the option, still considering whether to upgrade Gold to Game Pass Ultimate in the very near future but that perk does give me an added incentive as I wouldn't mind checking out the Mandalorian...
