Xbox To Host Series X|S Celebration Livestream On Nov. 10

Can't wait! I received official confirmation from the retailer I had pre-ordered my XSX from that I will receive mine on launch day 😃

@gollumb82 and @Kefka2589 - not heard confirmation yet here in the UK, keeping my fingers crossed that all is ok! At least I’ll be able to watch a live stream of others enjoying the console if the retailer lets me down 😆

Thanks guys! I have to say, though, that where I live (Poland) Xbox Series X/S are still available in stores Poland is a Playstation country 😉

It sounds basically like a Twitch stream to watch people play games. Maybe it will be accompanied by a great Free-to-Play weekend or something.

It will be cool to see more footage of ganes running on the Series X. But you won't really get that level of graphical fidelity in a livestream.

Pre-order, but I'm fairly certain that XSX/S will be available in stores on launch day (as opposed to PS5, which has been sold out everywhere for a long time). It may just be that many people are waiting for the new XBoxes to be available via All Access

Just got my confirmations for my series X and series S from Best Buy. They actually let me schedule an appointment to pick them up during a window 3 hours before the store opens.

Received my confirmation from Microsoft store, so looking good!

@MarkD01 same for me here in the UK just advising check card and contact details are correct so all set for November 10th I cannot wait.

Are you referring to my remarks about where I live/XSX/S stock in stores? I don't live in the US, so some stuff that is published here doesn't concern me, but I don't complain about it.

I don't know about Walmart but from switch and, ps4 I can say that Target, Newegg, and GameStop don't send confirmations or anything. They just bill it and ship it when it's time. Yes, well be on pins and needles that day. Gamestop waited until like 2:00AM to ship my switch... But it got here launch day.

I don't think target is doing launch day delivery though. Estimate dates were the usual range of 1-4 days from the 10th so it sounds like that's when they ship them. We probably won't get at least that one on launch day (though they did get my switch here on launch day so there's hope!)

Here's hoping things go well with both stores for us both! I got my orders in the first five minutes, so hopefully that means something.

My ps5 is best buy but that was the 3:00am availability and it's one order with both disc and discless i was able to squeeze in. I'm worried about that one a little more.

It's all good, man For the record- I will also be getting a PS5 but 2-3 years from now. It's going to be a great gen for both consoles for sure.

@Kefka2589 Wow, that's surprising. When did they bill it? For me, i payed with PayPal. Most stores including walmart and best buy actually charge you at preorder. Target doesn't they just do a hold like if you buy with credit card, so the hold vanished from my card back in September. As of last night they haven't charged yet (they shouldn't until shipping day anyway.)

Walmart and best buy charged me with the order though so those are paid for already. But that's because it's how they prices PayPal.

@Kefka2589 huh, interesting. Nothing on my card, but i checked pp and target renewed the hold a week ago in the 23rd. It never showed up in the card, but u guess pp approves internally on their own credit after the initial approval maybe. That means it's still active, but it's probably a monthly auto renew on the hold. Another 10 days of nail biting...

@Medic_Alert Heh, that bc thing is curious. 99% and "might run like a launch Bethesda game, WDGAF caveat emptorum" are two very different policies....
