The Sony-owned anime streaming service Funimation has announced that it has partnered with Xbox to give away two months of a Premium Plus subscription for free to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.

The deal is part of the Xbox Game Pass Perks program, and gives users access to the entire library of content including My Hero Academia, Black Clover, Naruto, Plunderer, RADIANT and many more.

Here's what Fadhilah Lee, Funimation executive director of distribution and partnerships had to say in a press release:

“Anime is incredibly popular with gamers and they share a unique sensibility that makes for a great marketing partnership. Teaming up with Xbox is a great way for gamers to satisfy their love of both gaming and anime.”

You should soon find the new Perk on Xbox One, the Xbox app for Windows 10 and the Xbox Game Pass app for mobile (it hasn't appeared for us yet), which will provide you with a promo code to redeem the deal online.

However, be aware that this offer is only available to new Funimation subscribers in the US, UK, Ireland and Canada.
