These 10+ Games Are Coming To Xbox One Next Week (July 7-10)

Next week is a fairly busy one for new Xbox One releases, including a day one Xbox Game Pass title in the form of 2D action-RPG CrossCode. There are a couple of major releases for fans of simulation racing games to look forward to as well, with both Nascar Heat 5 and Codemasters' F1 2020 making their debuts.

Let's take a look at the list below:


  • Nascar Heat 5 (July 7): "NASCAR Heat 5, the official video game of the world’s most popular stockcar racing series, puts you behind the wheel of these incredible racing machines and challenges you to become the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series champion."
  • Superliminal (July 7): "Superliminal is a first-person puzzle game inspired perspective and optical illusions. Players tackle impossible puzzles by thinking outside the box and learning to expect the unexpected."
  • Laternium (July 7): "Lanternium by Blazing Planet Studio is a puzzle adventure game where you have to help the mighty Raccoon to overcome many obstacles and labyrinths. Set in the fantastic world, this game is family-friendly and suitable for all ages."
  • Robozarro (July 8): "Robozarro is a physics-based 2D action game where robots B0-3 and 0-Ramatron embark on an epic quest through the outskirts, underbelly and rooftops of Mech Angeles to uncover the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Dr. Zarro."
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris (July 10)
  • Kingdom Majestic (July 9): "Featuring the 2016 hit micro-strategy game Kingdom New Lands and its 2018 follow-up Kingdom Two Crowns, Kingdom Majestic will contain all content released for both titles since their original launches."
  • CrossCode (July 9) (Xbox Game Pass): "This retro-inspired 2D Action RPG might outright surprise you. CrossCode combines 16-bit SNES-style graphics with butter-smooth physics, a fast-paced combat system, and engaging puzzle mechanics, served with a gripping sci-fi story."
  • Distraint 2 (July 10): "You are Price, a man who sold his humanity to get a partnership from a leading company: McDade, Bruton & Moore. Collect items and solve puzzles to progress through the story and find out if Price can reclaim his lost soul."
  • Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris (July 10): "Set in Underworld, an expansive world introduced in the SWORD ART ONLINE anime, Kirito sets out on adventure in the series' latest RPG!"

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 (July 10)
  • F1 2020 (July 10): "F1 2020 is the most comprehensive F1® game yet, putting players firmly in the driving seat as they race against the best drivers in the world."
  • The Great Perhaps (July 10): "Time travel puzzle game about an astronaut returning to Earth destroyed by natural cataclysms."
  • Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location (July 10): "Now hiring: Late night technician. Must enjoy cramped spaces and be comfortable around active machinery. Not responsible for death or dismemberment. Don't hold it against us."
  • Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 (July 10): "Koji Igarashi and Inti Creates are back with more retro sword-and-whip action! Curse of the Moon 2 brings classic 2D action and a dark, 8-bit aesthetic together with modern playability."
  • Sisters Royale: Five Sisters Under Fire (July 10): "Five uniquely talented sisters are squabbling over which of them will marry the angel Yashin. Enjoy the heroic(?) strategies of all five! Sparks flare around the man all five sisters wish to claim."
