Random: Baby Yoda Might Be Coming To LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

We haven't heard much about LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga since it was announced back at E3 2019, but a new LEGO set based on The Mandalorian's ship (the Razor Crest) has suggested we'll be getting at least some content from the hit Disney Plus series in the game.

According to the box of the Razor Crest LEGO set (which is currently up for pre-order), you'll be able to find a secret code to unlock the ship in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Additionally, IGN is reporting this is the only way you'll be able to acquire the ship in the game, and that future LEGO sets will also feature the ability to redeem "digital goods".

So, where does Baby Yoda come into this? Well, we weren't necessarily expecting to see content from The Mandalorian in The Skywalker Saga, but now that it's been confirmed, the ultra-popular Baby Yoda ("The Child") appears highly likely. And of course, LEGO Star Wars games have traditionally included hundreds of unlockable characters, including minor personas in the Star Wars universe. If The Mandalorian's ship can make it in, then surely Baby Yoda can!

We still don't know a definitive release date for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, aside from that it's coming in 2020. However, the Razor Crest LEGO set is currently scheduled to be released in September, so that might hint at a potential window. The game isn't a remake or a remaster of previous titles - it's being developed completely from scratch, and will feature missions based on all nine movies in the Star Wars Skywalker Saga.
