Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (August 13-14)

Chernobylite, Arkham Origins Cold Cold Heart DLC, In Sound Mind, Generation Zero, Norco

Tiny Tina's Wonderlands released its last DLC of the current season pass. While the DLC content is still just a fancy chaos chamber it does come with a new class which is sufficiently interesting that I am doing another playthrough with it.

Probably won't do many of the end game chaos levels but I am enjoying running the story again. Which let's be honest is the best part of this game as the end game is pretty dull.

Picked up Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove on Steam for a song earlier in the week. Just finished Plague of Shadows, so it's on to Spectre of Torment.

Will be playing Persona 3 Portable on Vita, GTA: Vice City on Series X, Doom 3 on PS4 and Castlevania: Circle of the Moon on Wii U. Really enjoying all these games so far!

I’m quite excited to play Cult of the lamb - have downloaded it but not started it yet. Also playing Two point Campus and Assassins creed odyssey. On PS5 I’m playing F1 2022.

On my Xbox it's Solasta crown of the magister. Isometric crpg. Pretty enjoyable game, isn't my type of game normally so it's a bit getting used tobut tis enjoyable. Slowly taking baby steps in Elden Ring as well. Challenging and me normally isn't a good combi so I take my time and so things extremely slowly seeing if I can get more confident in it.

On my ps5 I'm playing God of War. Finished the story and now doing the post game stuff for the platinum

I felt nostalgic and went back to the 360 version of Gears of War to play through the campaign again. I also might start Tunic, or another indie game on GamePass. Have a great weekend everyone!

Trying out the Avengers game on Series X since it’s on Game Pass.

Its all about the 360 backlog for now. Tales of Vesperia, Saints Row 2 for now.

Back to Kingdoms of Amalur plus a smattering of other stuff like Two Point Campus.

I bought max payne 3 on sale and that's the only thing im gonna be playing. Gotta say..it holds up pretty well

Just finishing off two point campus ,another 5 achievements then it's done .... Till the dlc comes out

Just finished the first Gears of War (Ultimate Edition) for the first time. Was pretty cool. Thinking about jumping to the second one.

Since I'm back in the Xbox realm I have decided to replay Max Payne. What a game. Still looks and plays really well.
On PS5 I'm playing Final Fantasy 7 Remake. I'm not a big jrpg fan but I like it so far.
On Switch I'm playing Super Mario 3d World with my daughter.

@Lup Definitely dive into Gears 2! It's a truly great game, and one of the best shooters ever. The campaign still ranks at the top of the list for the series.

@gollumb82 the first Max Payne? i find it hard to believe that it holds well. I think there's a remake in works right now

Already did! I'm liking it even more than the first one. The beginning is pretty epic! I'm happy to have zero knowledge about these games so I'm sure I'm gonna enjoy them.

To me it does, but I guess it's subjective. I know about the remake but it's a long way off. I am planning to play the entire trilogy so it's good to hear MP3 still holds up well.

Was playing Black Legend but it's not great. I'll prob just leave it. Might put back Chinatown Detective Agency. Trying to play games I've bought but never completed or played

Playing red dead redemption 2. Started it when it came out, made it to Saint denis which is as fas as I made it last time. Really is amazing. Also playing as dusk falls and.. oh yeah, buying a motorcycle

LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game (PS2) - Busy weekend so far, but trying to finish up Episode III in coop with my son.

Mahjong by Microsoft (Android) - Nearly halfway with my monthly medals.

Make It Rain: The Love of Money (Windows Phone) - Playing here and there still.

Fifa 23 on Playstation 5!! Was so nice of EA to give me the game weeks early for free!! 😆😆

I am playing BDO and Rim world. Rimworld has a few crash bugs that I hope they sort out fast otherwise terrific game. So far I have had two colonies fail in spectacular ways. The first everyone died in fire the second one of my colonists went nuts and killed then proceeded to eat everyone.
