I just got Kinect and, even though my dashboard was up-to-date, I received an update when I turned it on. Perhaps this is what they mean. I really hope to see MS better next year on E3, with really decent hardcore games for kinect or hybrid kinect games.

@jaxim No, this is the default behavior of the current UI. The new dashboard will change this, as far as I could tell, based on a video I watched.
