There's been a lot of talk ever since Microsoft announced its intention to acquire ZeniMax Media, parent company of Bethesda Softworks back in September about whether Bethesda's future games will become exclusive to Xbox moving forward, but apparently Sony doesn't think that'll be the case.
In a PlayStation Game of the Year blog posted yesterday, Sony included Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls VI as a choice in a 'Most Anticipated Game' list, suggesting the company is confident the game will end up on the platform.
Microsoft has danced around the subject of Bethesda exclusivity on Xbox so far - primarily because the deal hasn't actually gone through yet - but has also suggested that these decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
It doesn't seem like we're going to see The Elder Scrolls VI from Bethesda anytime soon anyway, so we're assuming neither Microsoft nor Sony knows anything for definite regarding the game's potential exclusivity as of yet.
Do you think The Elder Scrolls VI will be available on PS5 as well as Xbox? Tell us down below.

All the more reason now to make it Xbox exclusive.
I do want it on PlayStation, so the PS Fans can be happy, but I'm a cruel person (sometimes) so I also want them to cry when it isn't.
@HotGoomba___Rebrand People don't seem to care about Sony's "timed exclusive" business practices, as they are still buying PS5's like hotcakes. So, maybe a taste of their own medicine is due in order to get them to start playing nice.
I couldn't care less if it does release on PS5 - even if its at the same time as it releases on Microsoft devices. I have NO issue with others enjoying the same games as I do. I expect it will come to Game Pass on day 1 anyway so I can get it day 1 without having the big outlay of a new game to buy.
It doesn’t really affect me if it goes on PS. I own a Playstation and I also play PC with Game Pass. If it’s on Game Pass PC I’ll get it on that. I think it should go on PS5 provided that PS games from a similar background come onto Xbox.
Because Microsoft won't keep it off Sony platforms if it comes out after the takeover, so why wouldn't they be confident?
I expect it to be on PS5 as well as Xbox, their selling point will be it being on Gamepass as opposed to a £70 purchase
Xbox have already confirmed that games that are already planned for release on 'other' consoles will remain so. Given the hype for this game the liklihood is this was agreed a long time ago and will still release on them.
@ResoluteCustoms that was in reference to deals already signed, Death Loop, Ghostwire, Elder Scrolls online.
There had been confirmation either way for this game.
I would advise Microsoft to make the game exclusive, because Sony have no qualms what so ever about it’s exclusive games programme. You aren’t going to see Gran Turismo 7 on Xbox anytime soon...
@Kefka2589
I know, right? Sony fans (including the ones who comment here) are delusional. It doesn’t help that almost all of the video game press are biased & love PlayStation, so this dumb question gets asked to every Xbox executive who gets interviewed.
I’ll say it again......
Why would Microsoft pay $7.5 billion to let Sony get 30% of the profit on every game sold? And people always say that “Xbox has no exclusives” (an idiotic comment anyways), but then think that Bethesda games are coming to PS5.
Microsoft will honor their existing deals & probably keep Fallout 76 & ESO on PS4/5. But they need exclusive content for Game Pass.
So it seems that every Sony fanboy has some fancy gaming PC these days (if you listen to them), so they can play these games on PC & in the Xbox ecosystem.
Let Sony waste their $ on 3rd party, timed deals. Microsoft buys developers & a publisher. Lol.
@Trmn8r
Haha! I completely agree. 👍🏻
All things considered, I would imagine Microsoft would prioritise the PC version as a Windows exclusive before worrying about console exclusives. They make money from software, subscriptions, services and licenses. They lose money on Xboxes. I could see them doing a Game Pass exclusive move. That would possibly give them enough leverage to get Game Pass on Sony and Nintendo platforms. But, while Mr. Spencer is running things, I doubt it. He’s in tune with his customers and knows what kind of backlash that would bring.
@KelticDevil
I think any adult that can manage to look at the PS5 without needing to throw up has more than delusions to worry about.
Please Xbox make them exclusive 🤞🤞
@robr
😂 good point.
And your point about software is correct. These companies don’t make $ on the hardware. They make $ on the software sold & on subscriptions.
And Microsoft wants people on Game Pass. Look at it like a TV subscription model. Netflix just has TONS of content on it (more than anyone) & also has their exclusive shows that people love. You don’t see them putting “Stranger Things” on Disney+. I don’t get why people don’t understand this. Oh well. 🤷🏼♂️
@KelticDevil
I was sanding the other day and thought to myself, “How is it that tiny family owned Festool has access to way more capable industrial designers than Sony and Microsoft? “.
@KelticDevil Not necessarily. MS and Sony play different games. Sony plays the whole platform exclusivity thing as their strong suit. MS is trying to be both a publisher and a platforms vendor. I'm not sure they have the same interest in "exlusive ecosystems." Look at EA with Origin. But they're also selling their games on competing Steam these days. The platform focused companies aren't as interested in building walled gardens at the moment. 50/50. I can see MS using it as an exclusives list, but I can also see them simultaneously being a general publisher as well as owning a platform and not using those two things as mutual exclusives.
These games are not going to be exclusive, end of discussion.
@Kefka2589 Honestly I think a lot of it with PS fans is that all those behaviors are the behaviors of defensive, insecure people trying to assert themselves. Being a PS fan doesn't make one insecure, but anyone who is insecure, and is a gamer, is going to choose PS, because by nature they have to choose what everyone else choses, have to be part of the biggest group, and can't be part of a smaller group. So all the insecure people are just going to collect around the most popular platform. Conincidentally they also tend to be the internet trolls and keyboard warriors because, well they're insecure, and need constant validation from others. So you end up with the most popular platform being the one that attracts all the internet keyboard warriors in need of seeking continuous attention and validation who get unhealthy kicks from boasting about the "wins" of their tribe. It's a bad look for Sony, but despite Sony's faults isn't their actual fault. IF XB were the most popular, they'd be here. Because they buy what's popular. So they can be validated. And because they can boast about having the biggest di...sk drive.
But....I swear there's something else that spurs that thinking into overdrive at times.....
@robr IDK, I've really grown to like the look of my PS5. It really makes for high contrast edge definitions of the XSX in front of it.
@Kefka2589
Haha. I couldn’t have said it better myself.
@NEStalgia
I get your point, but only if Game Pass was available on PlayStation. And we both know that will never happen, for a variety of reasons.
My point is that Microsoft is all about Game Pass. And how do you get people to sign up? Having tons of content & content that is exclusive to that service. Keep in mind, PlayStation has PS Now, so there is no way this is ever going to merge.
Although, I do think it’s funny that Sony pays Microsoft $ to use their servers for PS Now. 😂 I guess it makes up for Sony making $ off of every Blu-Ray disc sold on Xbox.
And spending $7.5 billion only to let Sony go about their normal business & make a profit on them makes no sense to me.
@NEStalgia
Oh and I completely agree with your longer, 2nd comment. 👍🏻
There is no way we're seeing this game anytime soon.
@Kefka2589
Once again, I couldn’t have said it better. Haha.
@NEStalgia Comment #24, nail square on the head right there, my friend. Right on the head...
On one side of the coin it makes no difference to me if PlayStation get it, but then on the other I see all these sad self entitled fanboys and I'd like nothing more than to see some of them either cry about it not coming to PlayStation or pretend they dont care because they all have 'high end rigs'
Well, considering the actual release date of ES VI is a ways off, I'm thinking it's a "case by case" situation. Depending on xb units sold and gamepass members, I believe that'll be the determining factor. If those two numbers, are somewhere MS feels comfortable, I see it being an exclusive. If the numbers are left wanting, it'll probably go multiplatform.
@carlos82 this. Pay upwards of $210+ for 3 under-zenimax games or pay a tad more, grab a series s and gamepass.
@NEStalgia For the majority of 2 gens ago the 360 was the biggest selling console. So you're saying majority of Xbox fans are insecure, but since the PS4 has sold most now Sony fans are insecure?
It baffles me you think 100+ million people who bought either console only did so because 100+ million people bought it and they must be insecure for not buying the same console as you? I'm scared to ask what car you own as if mine if different it'll be because I have an inferiority complex and need therapy!
Back on topic I seriously don't think Elder Scrolls will be coming to PS5 mainly because looking at the sales split for Skyrim the Sony side of things are actually surprisingly low. One article was stating about 24% on Sony machines versus Xbox and PC - so it seems to me there is more value for MS to keep this exclusive.
@Kefka2589 Wait, you mean all those hours playing Madden doesn't help the Packers chances? #DoxEAForJustice
@KelticDevil I can see multiple revenue models, though. Sure they're all about Game Pass, but if they're structuring as both a publisher and a platform as sort of separate lines of related business, I could see them doing the proposition of "get the game for $70 on PlayStation, or get it for $10/mo on Game Pass" It still has them competing with themselves as a value later, but also extends their market reach. It all depends precisely what they really want out of it and when.
Is the goal to only sell subscriptions? Or is the goal to extend Microsoft's footprint in the games market and increase total revenues in the games market. Only they know - and realistically, they may not know for sure yet what the goal will be at that time. At the end of the day, sell a sub to an XBox owner for Game Pass with TES, sell $70 units of TES to PS owners...it's all getting microsoft's product in more hands for more return. Depends a lot on what their priorities and strategies really are. Both seem viable. So far their goals seem to be about getting their software and services out there as much as possible via as many sales models as possible to reach the largest market possible. I think there's some assumption it's only about GP subs. But it seems mostly about just blanketing the market. I imagine their #1 priority is keeping it away from competing subscription services. It won't be on Now, or Luna or Stadia, that much is a guarantee. It probably would have been without the buyout.
More broadly I think despite Sony fans always touting they "win" the console war, MS' view is that Sony is more or less a secondary market at worst, and a partner in traditional markets at best. Their moves are all about the future streaming war. Not just against GoogAzon but inevitably AT&T, Disney, Comcast, etc. The streaming war hasn't fully started yet, but I think they're lining up their ducks in advance. IMO Bethesda is still part of that, not a shot across Sony's bow.
I mean, technically Sony is publishing some of their games on the "Xbox platform" (HzD/HzD2, Souls (supposedly), etc.), and AFAIK MLB The Show will be on XBox console (if only because MLB made it a licensing requirement.), since Windows gaming is now filed under Xbox. No, it's not a console port outside MLB, but even still, Sony is publishing on one of MS's multiple platforms. It's not a hardened war between the two that says MS can't publish their product's on one of Sony's 2 platforms (console, but not Now.) But they can still make it a better value or more desirable on their own platforms, by pricing, features, mod support, etc.
@StonyKL The vocal base of the 360 fanbase was insecure and obnoxious. A lot of them are the same people that are now the PS4 fanbase that jumped ship in 2013/2014. Of course that pool has grown in 7 years.
And no, as I said it's not that having a PS (or a 360 back in the day) means you're insecure. It's that if you're the insecure type, that's the console you almost certainly chose because 100+ million people bought it. And the insecure type that buys the console because everybody else buys that console is also the type that's going to lurk on the internet beating their chest about the winning team. 95M of those 100M aren't lurking on the internet saying much of anything at all. But all 5M insecure people spend their days reinforcing their own decision on internet forums. It's always a small part of any group that looks like the majority on the internet.
As for TES, what was the Xbox/PC split though? TES leans VERY heavily toward PC, both by tradition and due to the modding scene.
People are not buying an xbox for just halo, gears and forza. Gears isn't what it used to be. Halo isn't what it used to be. And not everyone loves cars. If microsoft doesn't add more first party exclusive games people will just game on playstation. It's really not that complicated. I'm the rare person who would buy an xbox for forza alone.
@sixrings
Lol. Gears isn’t what it used to be? Really? Have you played the newer games? And if you have, post your Gamertag, so we can look you up & see if you‘ve actually played them & how much. 🙄
And Halo is still awesome & just fine. Halo 5’s campaign was lackluster, in my opinion, but the multiplayer remains one of the biggest in gaming.
But even with saying that, that is one game in a series of games that has always delivered a great campaign......in addition to awesome multiplayer. Does Sony ever do that? Nope.
It’s all the same 3rd person, single player, action adventure games with about 456 cutscenes & very little replay value.
Microsoft Studios have had to make games that appeal to wide variety of gamers. Sony’s studios just develop interactive movies & their fanbase makes excuses for it because.....reasons. 🙄
@KelticDevil mate, I know you're a big XBox fan, and more power to you, but you seriously are delusional if you think all PlayStation exclusives are just interactive movies. TLOU, Spider-Man, God of War, Astro Bot, GT, Bloodborne and Infamous all have wildly different tones, stories generally different gameplay. PS simply do have the better first party output, most people agree, even Microsoft themselves, which is why they are scrambling to get a decent portfolio of studios to compete (and I really think they will do better this gen, I'm excited to see what Ninja Theory and The Initiative do).
Its because of Sony's dominance in their exclusive output that MS really could do with Bethesda games being exclusive. That said, I think the exclusive thing matters far more to their fans than to them as a company - Netflix doesn't put Stranger Things on Disney+, but they do sell them on DVD - really, it's the same thing; you can either play on our subscription, or play elsewhere but pay a premium up front. Either way, they make money, which in the end of the day, is all they really care about
@KelticDevil I've also got to agree with sixstrings. I find both Gears and Halo to be crushingly dull. Finished Gears 5 but it was a slog, ditto Halo and have given up couple of missions into Halo 2. Forza Horizon however is great so can't deny MS has done good exclusives, but really cannot understand the love that those 2 tentpole franchises get
@KelticDevil perception is reality and I'm not sure most agree with your assessment. There's a reason Sony is selling better. Also as much as I like gears and halo multiplayer most people apparently want single player story telling games which sony is good at.
The overwhelming opinion out there is xbox "has no games" what they really mean is "Xbox has no games I'm willing to buy an xbox for."
Notice he didn't post his gamertag haha
@PapaGlitch
Once again, this is your opinion & completely objective.
I found Uncharted completely dull by the 3rd game: It was the same thing over & over until you got to the next cutscene with average gameplay in between.
I played The Last Of Us & it felt like “Uncharted, but with some survival horror elements” & was extremely disappointing. It is one of the most overrated games of all time, in my opinion.
I have played the Ratchet & Clank games. They are good, but nothing like everyone makes then out to be.
And how many God Of War games are we up to now? I have lost count.
And Gran Turismo has been completely owned by either Forza franchise for many years now. It’s not even close.
Once again, my opinion, but I have no idea why you Sony fans worship your little plastic box for your “exclusives”. But to each their own.
@sixrings
Really? So you still aren’t doing what I said.
Post your gamertag to see if you even have an Xbox, & have actually played the Gears Of War games to back up your comment.
I’ll wait, big mouth.
@KelticDevil pretty sure my gamertag is CAMA08 and I sold my Xbox One X which came with gears earlier this year.
Also is your argument that if you haven't played a game then you can't have an opinion on a game or its publisher? Sure you can. It might not be informed. It might be bias but you can still have an opinion. And the only opinion which matters is represented by how people spend their money.
Look I like xbox because it's the under dog but clearly it's third in this war. I thought they'd have an easier time manufacturing systems then sony during covid so thought they'd get off to a better start. Yet again they are already down 2-1 in sales. That's not good despite how good you think their games are.
The best part about the console wars is that the biggest system seller for any of these companies over the past couple years has been Fortnite. What sells on the software side more than anything? Also Fortnite (via microtransactions). What will the truly huge sellers this holiday season be? CoD, FIFA, Madden, and ... Fortnite microtransactions. Sure, a few million copies of Spider-Man the Amazing 15 Minute Reboot don't hurt, but it's mostly the cross platform stuff that's been making everyone money lately. Having a handful of mostly similar single-player adventure games is a great reason to own a PlayStation (I own mine solely for said games) but what are the kids yappin' about? Fortnite, CoD, EA Sports.
@sixrings umm how would they have a easier time with manufacturing? They use the same suppliers and manufacture as Nintendo and Sony.
Plus MS waited for RDNA2. I’m not saying they would have sold more just that your comment lacks an understanding of that process.
@sixrings
So have you actually played Gears 4 &/or 5? That is my point.
Let me guess. Nope. So your opinion about “Gears slipping” is nonsense. Thanks. 👍🏻 🙄
You can ramble on for 14 paragraphs after you admit that you have no idea what you are taking about all you want.
@sixrings
Btw, I just looked you up.
You have not played any Gears game for any amount of time that would make any difference.
You have 2 achievements in Gears 4 & none in Gears 5, Gears: Judgement, 2 achievements in Gears 2, none in the original Gears Of War, & none in Gears 3.
So I was right.....you, basically, have never even played a Gears Of War game. But you come on to an Xbox website, claiming that the “Gears games are slipping”?!! Lol. 🙄😂
And according to your profile, you have never even loaded up a Halo game!! Lol. Ever. But you also said that franchise is slipping.
Your profile has a total of 675 gamerscore overall. You are, clearly, not even an Xbox fan.
You are clearly trolling with your dumb comment & I was glad that I could prove it. Thanks! 👍🏻
@KelticDevil
I'm not a PlayStation fan, I'm a gaming fan. I have all 3 consoles and love them all - PS has quality exclusives, Nintendo has unique experiences and the Switch is perfect for indie gaming and XBox services are just outstanding, not just GP but also MS Rewards and their commitment to backwards compatibility. The only thing I don't really do is PC gaming - tried, can't get into it. Honestly, I'm on this site for XBox news not for trolling or arguments - same way I'm on Pushsquare and Nintendolife.
I was just trying to say that it is a little disingenuous to deny that exclusives are the area that MS need to step up to compete with Sony (and Nintendo for that matter), especially when they have admitted as much themselves. It just comes across as the sort of blind fanboyism you are accusing others of.
And seriously, if Uncharted is the same thing every time how can you defend Gears? And God of War has had 5 mainline games and 2 portable ones, the most recent being a complete overhaul of the gameplay. For comparison, Halo has had 7 mainline and 2 spinoffs that I know of and Gears has had 6 or 7 depending on if you include that Funkopop thing. I'll give you Forza is better than GT though, no contest.
My point is, just enjoy playing games. It shouldn't matter what other people are playing or saying if you're having fun. Just try not to join in on arguments online because before you know it you'll do sometimes really petty, like suggest someone got the words subjective and objective mixed up. Oops.
@PapaGlitch
You are an Xbox fan, eh?
Ok, Halo has had not had 7 mainline games. It has had 5 mainline games & 2 spin-offs. The Halo Wars games are in a completely different genre & franchise. So according to you, Nintendo would have put out about 498 Mario mainline games at this point? Lol.
“Oops.”
And I just re-played all of the Gears games on Xbox One back-to-back & never got bored. Like I said, I was bored with Uncharted by the middle of game 3. 😴
If you don’t like that opinion because it goes against your view of Sony’s precious 1st party exclusives, I don’t care. I guess opinions on games are truly “SUBJECTIVE” aren’t they, smart ?!$?
People are hilarious on here, keep babbling on about how Sony deserves it because of the timed exclusive deals they keep making but yet forget to realise that Microsoft do the same thing, remember tomb raider and pubg, the medium, yakuza like a dragon and Stalker 2?
Thing with elder scrolls is making it xbox exclusive doesn't necessarily mean a lot more Xbox's sold as those playstation players can just get gamepass on their phones or pc or TV and play elder scrolls that way and they unsubscribe when they are finished with it, so let's say they pay for 3 months costing £30 to complete elder scrolls 6, that's a £40 saving as to buying it on ps5 so it's a bonus.
My opinion though is that Bethesda's main games like elder scrolls, doom, fallout will be timed exclusives on xbox for a year before coming to ps5, and then Bethesda will have some studios making brand new games which will be xbox exclusive period.
@KelticDevil Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo ODST, Halo Reach, Halo 4, Halo 5. That's 7 fps games with exactly the same gameplay. There have also been 7 3D Mario games too, although to be fair to Nintendo that's been over a longer stretch of time.
Halo Wars is a different genre, but surely the franchise is "Halo"?
And you're right it is your opinion if you don't like them, but your original point I took issue with was saying all PS exclusives are the same cutscene heavy 3rd person single player games when that is just factually untrue, its just the highest profile ones often are. It would be like me saying all XBox games are about boring space marines shooting aliens.
You are right about 1 thing though - I absolutely am a smart arse
@Trmn8r Plenty of people care about the Sony's timed exclusive practises. I've called them out on it here and other blogs plenty of times despite having had every PlayStation and seen others have the same response. At the end of the day exclusives hurt gamers.
Sorry (not sorry) to be the pedant and add more fuel to this fanboy fire article but it does say "Most Anticipated Game" not "Most Anticipated Playstation game".
Granted they don't have Breath of the Wild 2. (But that is seemingly impossible) ESVI with some business dealings and a big pot of cash still has the possibility, however unlikely to be on PS5
I'd personally be happy for it to be on PS5, just from the viewpoint of this isn't a new IP and has an established fanbase from Skyrim on many platforms.
On the flip side, Sony have been scum bags with all the paid exclusives, so being the devil on Phil Spencer's shoulder, I'd be telling him to have it exclusive to Xbox for 6-12 months.
@KelticDevil hey I've owned every xbox ever made but what can I tell you. My gamerscore reflects me sinking hours into call of duty games. Which yes I could have played on the playstation console. However I have only ever bought one playstation (the original) and wasgiven a ps3 which I'm sure I never even plugged in. But I have owned every xbox and nintendo console outside of the virtual boy.
None of that matters though. I'm not trolling. The sales numbers aren't trolling. People aren't buying xboxs because they feel or think there's no games on Xbox or they aren't what they used to be. I'm glad you clearly like them. But if you can't see you're in the minority then I don't know what to say.
@sixrings
You came to an Xbox website & said Gears & Halo are “slipping” even though (according to your profile), you have never even booted up a Halo game before & your time in any Gears game is a joke since you basically get an achievement in a Gears game after like 15 minutes of playing.
People like you are exactly the type of gamer that feeds into that nonsense that “Xbox has no games”. You claim to know what you are talking about, but haven’t even played the games. Lol.
I am about to play all of Rare’s games (including Sea Of Thieves). That would be like me saying that “No Man’s Sea” sucks because of what a bunch of trolls say, without even trying the game out for myself. I may not like the game or I may love it. But at least I’ll have an educated opinion on the game because I actually played it.
You claiming a series is “slipping” even though you have never played it makes you sound like a fraud & a troll.
You know on nintendolife everyone seems to think I'm not a nintendo fan despite owning four switches because I spend so much time praising xbox tech and backward compatibility. But I guess in order to be a real fan on either thread you need to pass some sort of community hardcore test. I didn't know each thread had particular members which got to decide who was in and out. And yes look at that gamerscore. That is all the evidence one needs. Not the fact that I spent the energy to follow a site, spent my money supporting the systems and spent my time playing the games. Thanks for letting me know I don't belong here or there. I don't belong anywhere.
@KelticDevil I thought I was clear that this is the perception of many people out there. I never meant to say that halo wasn't good anymore or gears anymore. Although at least for halo I'm sure critically their scores have gone downhill since 343 took over. I'm sorry you are so defensive and feel the need to be a gate keeper to this thread. Anyways my original point was that these new studios that microsoft owns should become microsot exclusive simply Asa way to help change that "no games" narrative. Thanks for such a friend conversation.
@sixrings
Being passive aggressive now, eh? Lol.
I was just saying & proving that you have no idea what you are talking about. 👍🏻
@KelticDevil you really are crazy. Stay safe.
@sixrings
You too. 👍🏻
My guess is Bethesda games will still be multi-platform.
But they will only be 'free' on GamePass, Bethesda still needs to earn.
That way, Xbox gets a boost and Microsoft still gets the revenue.
@KelticDevil
I’m not sure what Gears game I played or if it was slipping, but I slipped out of interest in it about five minutes into it. 😂 I’ve never played a Halo game. All of the online community stuff is blocked on my Xbox. I’m just putting that out there.
@NEStalgia
Which one are you digging more so far? I was dead set on the Series X (although I’m in no rush) until I realised that the digital PS5 is a hundred less dollars up front. I’ve got a One X and a 4K tv but I play on Switch like 99% of the time.
@robr I honestly really like both, but some of that (much of that) is down to the fact that it's the first PlayStation with a controller i don't actively hate, and i still have a backlog of some of the best ps only games (plus deus ex divided which got a pro patch and it's still 900p on xbox from the og model)
BUT as a platform that feels fun to use and complete, the system as a whole, definitely xsx by a mile. Ps5 is a game launcher and only a game launcher... With questionably designed ui for doing so. Runs nice. Xsx feels like a whole environment begging to be used.
That said I've probably spent more hours recently on ps5 because of a few games. One of them being deus ex.... Which i could have played on ps4 in pro anyway
@NEStalgia
Yeah, that's the one thing that put me on pause: realizing that half the stuff I play on XBOX ONE X are XBLA games from the 360 era. I'd be buying a PS5 to play some PS4 games or an Xbox series x to transfer my one x library. Neither of them work with my 8bitdo controllers; so all of them Metroidvanias and indies are going to be played on my Switch. :0
@robr Three words: Yooka Laylee Impossible Lair Load Times. Pretty sure that's three words.
Switch is painful. Xsx is super fast. A $500 machine to play 2d platformers at a reasonable level of performance in 2020.
Thanks, Unity!
@NEStalgia
Solid point. I haven’t waited for any sort of computer process in over a decade (well, at least on my own computer). Meanwhile on Switch, even the RAM is a bottleneck.
