Sony Still Seems Confident The Elder Scrolls VI Is Coming To PS5

There's been a lot of talk ever since Microsoft announced its intention to acquire ZeniMax Media, parent company of Bethesda Softworks back in September about whether Bethesda's future games will become exclusive to Xbox moving forward, but apparently Sony doesn't think that'll be the case.

In a PlayStation Game of the Year blog posted yesterday, Sony included Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls VI as a choice in a 'Most Anticipated Game' list, suggesting the company is confident the game will end up on the platform.

Microsoft has danced around the subject of Bethesda exclusivity on Xbox so far - primarily because the deal hasn't actually gone through yet - but has also suggested that these decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

It doesn't seem like we're going to see The Elder Scrolls VI from Bethesda anytime soon anyway, so we're assuming neither Microsoft nor Sony knows anything for definite regarding the game's potential exclusivity as of yet.
