Microsoft Confirms Start Time & Retailer List For Xbox Series Pre-Orders In The US

Any word for retailers in Canada? Tried EB Games and Walmart and they both said they had no idea

@Pichuka97 My guess is the same as the US. Bestbuy already confirmed 11am EDT on their site

Do I go to the store to order through all access or do I do it online?

8-11am on a Tuesday is rough for those working. I can see this going down just as poorly as the PS5.

@Kev_Morrison where do you plan on getting it? Microsoft store allows all access for almost all their hardware and places like Gamestop and Target should be doing all access at the store.

Maybe I just missed this, but does anyone know if the Xbox All Access promotion is for a limited time? I'd like to do that eventually, but don't want a new console right now.

Meanwhile, atleast here, for Gamestop, brick and motor it will be 12PM as they don't open until then.

@InterceptorAlpha do they have a different stock/supply than online ?

@Jslade XAA is a permanent program they introduced a year or two ago. They've been doing it for X1X/X1S for a while, including an upgrade route to SeS/SeX after 18 payments are made, so I wouldn't worry about it unless they were to permanently discontinue it. (Obviously assuming inventory of consoles at the time!)

I need to find a place that will ship it, I have no Target, Best Buy, Wal*Mart, GameStop or MicroSoft store near me.

@InterceptorAlpha all stores that open later than 10am will be opening at 10am for this.

@Kev_Morrison Sorry, should have specified. The Microsoft Store is just their online store. They closed all of their physical stores permanently when Covid hit. My wife just bought a Surface from their online store with all access. Shipped to the house and everything.

@Kev_Morrison Incorrect. Already called and verified. They will not be opening earlier than 12PM due to COVID restriction.

@xMightyMatt14x They do. As an emaple my local game stop was a looted 16 PS5s and 20 Xbox Series Xs(didn't ask about S). But with the website covering a much larger area they will have more stock. Though on the flipside, likely to sell out as fast if not faster.

@InterceptorAlpha I just called my local GameStop and they said that they are opening all their stores 8am Pacific specifically for the pre order. I think it depends on the area and Covid Restrictions. It’s seems if they can though they will be open early.
