Here's a weird one! Remember when Microsoft accidentally re-added a bunch of delisted games back in early August, and then quickly removed them and issued refunds to anyone who bought them? One of those games was 2010 Xbox 360 horror Deadly Premonition, and it's recently been re-added again to the Xbox Store.
We've been watching this one for a few days and it hasn't disappeared yet, so it seems to be a legit listing:
If you fancy picking the game up (which holds a fairly average score of 68 on Metacritic), it's now available from the Microsoft Store directly in some regions and on the old Xbox 360 store in others. Enjoy!

nice! Part of me is hoping that the reason Deadly Premonition came back is that they are planning on announcing Deadly Premonition 2 for Xbox. But that's just wishful thinking on my part...
DP is definitely a weird game. It's like a PS2 game that somehow got released 10 years too late. But it has a lot of charm and for anyone who is a huge fan of the old tv show Twin Peaks it's a must play.
What's that Zach? It was just a listing error?
If this is back for reals, maybe the Nintendo exclusivity window from the first game being re-released has finally ran its course?
Deadly Premonition Origins was released September 2019 so likely a year ago, that sounds about standard as far as exclusivity windows go.
@ThePrettySenshi The sequel came out July 10, 2020, so I would not expect to see it on XBox until July 2021.
-correction, works for me now. I had some account region issues. All good from the US store šš»
Original Post:
