As sad as we are about the slight LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga delay, we're happy to wait if that's what it takes to ship the game in the best state possible.
To help pass the time, the Star Wars website has shared a special "secret" about the Deluxe Edition box art. As can be seen in the GIF below, all copies of this version in the Americas come with a fancy slipcase that removes Darth Vader's helmet. Pretty neat, huh?
Apart from the slipcase, the physical version of the Deluxe Edition comes with a character collection bundle (including six DLC character packs) and an exclusive Luke Skywalker "Blue Milk" Minifigure. Take a look below:
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga arrives in Spring 2021. For a look at the gameplay reveal, see our previous post. Will you be returning to the Star Wars universe when this arrives on Xbox? Tell us down below...and may the Force be with you!

Going to definitely pre-order this at Best Buy for the Steelbook, been looking forward to this game for a while.
I never pre-order Deluxe Editions of anything, but I might have to make an exception for this. Fingers crossed it's as good as it sounds.
That's neat but I have a very irrational hatred of slip covers. I don't want an extra step!!
I guess I got to preorder the deluxe editon now...
Side note, interesting they show two boxes for PS4 and PS5, are they not getting free upgrades? The way they been doing their reactionary update thing is so wierd...
@Darthroseman
I have a ginormous movie collection. I hate slipcovers so much. The add an incredible amount of space to the wall shelves. I keep them in a separate box and sell them when possible.
@Kev_Morrison This guy gets it.
