Fan of the Mafia franchise? Then you'll (hopefully) be excited to hear that both Mafia II and Mafia III appear to be coming to Xbox One with brand-new Definitive Editions. Both games have been rated by the Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee, with Mafia II: Definitive Edition also being rated by the Korea Game Rating and Administration Committee (thanks Gematsu).

The developer for both versions is said to be Hangar 13, which previously developed Mafia III for Xbox One back in 2016. 2K Czech was the developer behind 2010's Mafia II, but the company was later merged into Hangar 13, and played a supporting role in creating the most recent title in the franchise.
No details have been teased on what to expect from either of these Definitive Editions just yet, but we'll keep an eye out for any official announcements. Do you want to see Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia III: Definitive Edition on Xbox One? Let us know in the comments.

2K needs to stop messing around with these re-masters & get to making a new BioShock game!
Why not remaster the first Mafia as well? Seems weird that they are only doing 2 and 3.
I hope with this new edition; the team fixes the problem Mafia 3 had like bugs, glitches, and repetitiveness. Solid game, but it was these three reasons that held it back from being a classic. If they fix some stuff, I will gladly finish it again.
