Backward compatibility is coming to Xbox One, and Microsoft have listed the first 21 titles from their previous console that will be playable on their latest console.
Digital titles will appear in the "Ready to Install" section of your Xbox One "My Games & Apps" menu. For disc-based titles, just put the disc in the drive and a digital version will be downloaded. You WILL need the disc in the drive to play it, though.

Play 5 games sofar on xb1 and every thing working fine. I do like what i see so far, i did spend good hour on them and the game play and sound are good also online work fine with no lag. Maybe going back on Mass Effect later once i done on AC4.

Weirdly, on the show, they showed Borderlands and said it was one of the first games converted but it's not there 😢😢😢😢
I'd like to see Morrowind but that was an original Xbox one I think.
I'm going to keep an eye on this. If I can use an Xbone to play all my 360 games at some point, and the Xbone manages to accrue a good enough selection of exclusives, I might just be tempted to buy one.
