Topic: There a way to switch back from X-Box Game Pass Ultimate back to Live Gold?

Just wondering if theres a way to switch back from Game Pass Ultimate back to plain Live Gold which is 9.99?

i was using my X Box One console to get into the X Box Live store and tried to renew my Live Gold but it said it was canceled and I assume it was canceled because I switched to Game Pass Ultimate?

paying a little extra for Game Pass Ultimate which is 14 buck i can deal with it i guess. Its not terribly expensive since its 14 bucks each month but isnt there a way somehow to change it back to plain old 9.99 Live Gold?

or am I pretty much stuck with Game Pass Ultimate?

I don't believe you can convert your existing time backvto gold but you can stop renewing GPU and just do gold once it's run its course. I remember there being a clear warning when converting from gold that you can't change it afterwards.

hmm. o whatever. the whole X Box Live or the Microsoft account nonsense gets screwy everytime when it involves X Box Live Gold/ the Game Pass Ultimate.

all I now as of right now original 9.99 Game Pass Live that I had its canceled where now i have Game Pass Ultimate.

Thing is though, last month i was curious about Game Pass Ultimate where they even showed on the X Box Live that they were offering Game Pass Ultimate for just a buck or whatever.

But now i have to pay 14 bucks which isnt that big of a deal but i'd rather pay 9.99 for regular X Box live.gold.

Just wish Microsoft didnt have to make things so damn difficult with certain things like trying to figure out how to switch back or whatever

@urrutiap just do the live online chat. They will sort you out. I've had to deal with them twice and honest I was surprised as to how smoothly it all went. I'm not exactly clear as to what your looking to do but you can cancel your subscription and when the remaining time runs out start whatever you want again...that would solve it wouldn't it?
