Microsoft says purchases on Microsoft store right now aren't working but i can't see how it pertains to my problem. I installed (internally) all the dlc for fallout 4. I already had it purchased. When I go to my games and apps it shows all 6 installed. I played for an hour or two and everything worked great. I saved and turned the game off. Disconnected my xbox and went home. No internet at home. Why would it not show up in game while at home?
