Topic: Will my save file for a game on Xbox One carry over to Series X?

Hello, The reason i ask is because im currently playing The Witcher 3 and have about 20 hours put into it but i wanna take a break and play something else for awhile.. Will my savefile from Xbox One carry over to Series X?

@Bmartin001 They haven't said anything specific about the Xbox Series X version (coming next year) yet, but your save file will carry over with no issues for the Xbox One version

It's stored in the cloud, so you'll just be able to pick up where you left off.

I still haven't played this game. I waited for the Xbox One X version, then I waited for my C9 and now I'm waiting for the Series X version 🤣.

If you save it to the cloud I would imagine so, but I don't think they really have said anything about it.
