Hey, Mr Red! Long time no hear... yeah, get them weeklies done, mate, don't let it pass again, glad to help if I can but you'll probably be done before I'm on. I'd missed them for a fortnight but managed to get them done this week, to keep my strange coin bank topped up.

I will probably buy a few Exotic Helm Engrams as I want an upgraded Mask of the 3rd Man for my Hunter as that would be very helpful in the Crota Raid - particularly the Hard mode. I may upgrade 'Invective' as that's my last '300' Exotic left now but as I never use it, it would be just for completion purposes. I don't think much to the 2 Exotic boots and can't see them being used and already have the Starfire Protocol which is similar in essence to the Voidfang Vestments and Lucky Raspberry.

Edit: Well it took me around 15 Engrams but I finally got my Mask of the 3rd Man...

Well, after (arguably) the best inventory so far last week, I foolishly let myself believe that this could be the week that the Gjallarhorn could return, the elusive exotic that just refuses to drop for me.
And instead, the squid-faced b*stard brings 'No Land Beyond'. And some boots.
Gutted returns to vault with unspent strange coins, again

Still have a couple more chances this week for 'Fatebringer' and the 'Vex Mythoclast'. While not quite a 'Gjallahorn', they are both great weapons - you could get lucky with an Exotic drop during it as well...

I know 1 of mine definitely came from the VoG too.

Yeah, maybe I'll have to try and squeeze another run or two in.

I bought the Starfire Protcool and its working out good so far, as my preferred secondary is usually a fusion rifle

Beat the Hard Crota again with my 3rd Character today and now have all 4 Crota's End Primaries Well chuffed!!

Cool, that's great for 3 runs, mate, now you just need a Crux of Crota, though from what I've read it doesn't seem to be dropping for anyone as yet...

If you're looking to do Hard Mode, I'm on the hunt for a Fatebringer and Mythoclast

There is a rumour that the Crux doesn't drop with the Glowhoo shader so that no-one will get it on their first completion as the Shader is a guaranteed drop for this. Hopefully next week... Still need the Titan Helm too. I also wouldn't mind another 2 Hard Mode Ships and 2 more Sparrows too (then I have 1 on each) but the Sparrow is no different from the VoG version - just a different colour

Anyway if you and/or @shingi_70 fancy running the VoG on hard, just let me know....

2 kills of Atheon on Hard, 1 exotic, 2 legendaries, a ship and a Sparrow. Nice haul!
