Xbox Red Ring of Death?

Yesterday the red ring came so we left it off for the night. Then this morning I turned it back on and it works fine, should I trust it?

Suggestion:

You should only trust it for a short amount of time (1-2 weeks) because that usually means your xbox is starting to fail so you should start look into buying another.
