Suggestion:
The RRoD has overall been fixed for awhile now plus the new 360 has much better venting, new system board, new fan. However anything electronic can overheat and thus it is still possible that the system could overheat. This would most likely be user stupidity though such as keeping it in a small box or placing it on a heater. Also the new 360 slim does not have the red LEDs in the ring of power anymore so if it does have an issue I do not believe it would be called RRoD any longer.
