Where to Send Xbox 360 to Get Fixed of the Red Ring of Death?

I've done the towel trick plenty of times and it's not working anymore. Any suggestions to a solution? Is there an adress I can send it to, to get fixed? My warrantly is not valid anymore but I've heard that there's a free first time fix.

Are there any other ways to fix it on my own?
Please help me if you can..!

Considering you did the towel thing xbox will not fix it you will have to find a third party fixer
