Suggestion:
buy a new 360 that looks the same, and do a gut swap, then return it for a full refund, or if u have a friend with a 360 that looks the same, (meaning if urs has hdmi, make sure u get one that also has hdmi and so on,) and do the gut swap and then mail it to microsoft and get a working one back. (as long as the warranty stickers are still there)
