My Old Xbox 360 Had the Red Ring of Death. Can I Safely Switch the Old Hard Drive to the New Xbox?

If you mean take off the HDD and put it on your new xbox (non-xbox 360 s) you should be fine but if you want to put your HDD on the new 360 s, you need a transfer cable or a Flash Drive, I heard they sell transfer cables at stores now. If you are wondering why it OK to do it because the xbox with RRoD overheated, that means the HDD had nothing to do with it.
