Suggestion:
Warranty is valid 3 years from the date of purchase for the 3 lights red ring issue for consoles made before 2008 & 1 year for all other problems & consoles made after 2008. It does not restart, it does not extend. It is for 1 year only.

Yes, whenever you buy A NEW xbox, you get a 3 year warranty only,.
