And the troubleshooting didn't help at all
So now, I'm not sure what I can do
Suggestion:
Hi, Microsoft is closed on the weekends but you can call them on monday, and most of the time what they will do is get you to send it in to them and they will either replace or repair it. This can take a few weeks, but it may not cost you. They look at what caused it to see how much to charge you. my friend did the same thing and they sent him a new one for free. Hope this helps!

take it in for repair but itll probably cost u like $150 tho
mine did the same thing and i just gave up on it
Try to register your console <service.xbox.com> and request an online repair, this issue is covered by 3 years warranty…
That's why you should get an Arcade because they are easier to fix and more people know how to fix them.
Or you can keep calling Support – they might be able to come and pick it up so you can get it fixed, depends if it is warranty.
Xbox Customer Support don't work on the weekends.
I suggest you send it in for repair.
