Xbox Live, Connection Problems, Kicked off Help?

we have a wireless network set up…we use a desktop, a laptop, and xbox live. the desktop and laptop have absolutely no problem at all with connection (no matter where my laptop is in the house). the xbox is in the bedroom (only a room away from the netgear router thing–idk tech well). everytime me and my boyfriend wanna watch netflix, it takes FOREVERRRRR for it to load or the bars will randomly be 4 then switch to like half a bar or it will randomly pause netflix and reconfigure it or it will completely kick us off xbox live and say we need to test the connection and/or resign in. it happens every single day and now we cant even get on at all.
my boyfriend called tech help for our actual internet and they didnt know what was going on. he even unplugged EVERYTHING and turned the connection off completely and the tech ppl said it was weird bc on their screen it showed our network was still on.
my boyfriend is gonna call xbox sometime soon but i really wanna know what could possibly going on?! could the xbox be hacked? how can we fix whatever is happening and what is happening? thank yoU!

It happens alot, i have heard alot of people complaining about it. Just call the xbox people and see what they have to say.
