Xbox Live Connection Issue?

Hi. My connection setup is as follows; ISP > Wireless Router > Macbook via Airport > Xbox 360 via Ethernet. I have set up xbox live ok, but i cannot join any of my friends games. My NAT is strict. How do i unrestrict this? Thanks.

Answer:

Stop using a bridged connection between your laptop and you router. Plug the 360 into the router using an ethernet cable, or buy the wireless adapter. If that doesnt at least bring it to moderate (moderate and open have very little difference) then you have to open ports in your router. In which case, you should ask your ISP or the manufacturer of the router.
