Setting Up Xbox Live?
I live in a university dorm with wired internet access. In order to access the internet, a username and password must be entered. Since the Xbox 360 does not have web browser, can i make use of a router connecting my laptop and Xbox to the wired network, such that when i enter my username and password on my computer, i am able to access Xbox live? If so, do i just need the router, or do i also need a modem?
Suggestion:
I used to sign onto a wireless network and then run an ethernet cable from my xbox to the laptop and snatch the wireless connection like that. it can be done…but I am not 100% sure i remember how to do it. I would google that if I were you. Google something like "connect to xbox live using wireless connection on laptop"
